I have filed 2021 tax with JNP and they missed to report my stock income . I have received a notice from IRS to pay taxes with penalty. I emailed and called them multiple times to get support but no response..

Never do a consultation with JNP for taxes. I filed with them in 2019 and got penalty for Child tax credit. When I reached out to them for help with IRS, they said their offices are closed for the season. Very bad service. Never go to them. Finally had to pay the tax back with penalties.

Very rude customer service. They filed my taxes wrongly, made me pay taxes while I was owed a refund and I had to wait a year to get the refund back. I'll never get my taxes done here.

Worst Service, they may charge you less, but not worth it. Never file a tax return with JNP.

Worst and rude service. No acknowledgement for wrongly entered information on my tax filing and i had to spend hours on calls with irs customer service
