I called for a basic question and he got defensive and hung up in my face without even fully understanding the question. I called back and he told me that I was wrong for calling him on normal business hours and hung up in my face again. Clearly this business does not want to continue and is fine with less than satisfactory workers with bad attitudes. If you don’t like your job. Do something else for a living. Period.

Very unprofessional and rude!
Not careful when filing paperwork, doesn't double check and he filed my wrong paperwork. Then got mad at me and told me to come back 2 hours later!!
I think he needs to retire cus he's forgetting things. Never coming back here. Safe yourself the headache.

Called to simply to pick up a copy of my taxes. Ascencios was very unprofessional when asked. He actually got defensive and hung up? Obviously NOT very good people to get your taxes done by, especially after how unprofessional that phone call was.

Very professional service,
Tax forms are prepared in short time, each tax form always explained very well in a professional manner.
I truly recommend this place for tax form preparation. I been doing my tax forms at this location for over 20yrs. Great Service
