I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years I have no complaints what so ever they are very professional and customers is there number one concern I seen the last couple of reviews and I understand that people get mad because things don’t go the way they wanted I’ve came to realize that no matter how hard this business tries to please customers it won’t always be like that because we all have different tax issues and not always are we gonna be happy to hear a response from the IRS much less when we feel that we are getting the short end of the stick if anything instead of leaving a bad review to the small business why don’t you give a bad review to the organization that causes this I think people are just scared there might be negative results if the do this and they are probably right. So they take it out on the little guy yea let’s hurt the small businesses because I don’t like that they didn’t get me money back What a shame People are quick to through you under the bus once u are no use to them But for many years you use this business and one mistake happens and you write a whole essay on them I think these people didn’t even write essay like this when then went to school but to speak ill on anyone you’ll write a book. It’s a shame this country has pampered everyone for so long that they actually forget to be humble and be god fearing people. We all have a right to make mistakes but mostly we have a right to be respected when told on us on those mistakes no one has a right to belittle anyone that contributes to this place we call home Try to belittle the big organizations that keep us from success see how that goes for you. Anyways I went off topic. This place is and always will be my place to go for my taxes and whenever I have any questions regarding taxes Great people work there always happy to see your face.

I walked in here to do my tax return for the first time a few months back during tax season and walked right out the people here are rude and I won't be back. I thought I walked into a nightclub with all the loud music they were playing. I prefer my tax return to be done in silence so there won't be any mistakes. I see why some people said they make mistakes. How can you concentrate with loud music playing ? I'm taking my business else where to have my taxes done accurately. That's a bad first impression to have music blasting and rude attitudes

We have been going to Tax Doctor for a few years now. They are always so helpful and nice. A welcoming atmosphere and recently added snacks. Very helpful when I have to bring my kids. Mr. Luna always does his best to get us the most back. We appreciate him!
