Californian mobilehome Park.
This park can't even read an electronic meter! Over charged me by $200. and won't return phone calls to try to correct it this is the 3rd time in 4 months the meter readings were wrong. I have proof but they don't care .
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK.
I would move if I wasn't 72 years old and disabled

This company is the worst property management co ever. They come in all nicey nice, then stab you with in the back. Typical bait and switch operation. They will run up the rent so the elderly will have to leave and be homeless. We honestly want the old manager back at Mill-Jacks. At least he would do you dirty right to your face.

I have to agree with all the negative reviews on everything they posted. I feel bad for the owners of the park and for the home owners that live in the park. Both are getting screwed.

Santa Fe mobile home park…Managed by j and h
Property management… Spoke with some guy name Kyle says that the reason our pool is gross for a week and a half now is because there's a chlorine shortage then he calls me back and says oh wait we don't have a pool guy anymore or something and just was very argumentative about everything just a horrible experience I have reported them to California code enforcement and filed a complaint.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this management company for your property.

Do not use this company! They are slum lords. They do not take care of their properties, hire relatives as on-site managers so nothing gets done and still charge for services. I am at a 55+ property and all complaints fall on deaf ears. Buyer and renter beware!

Looking at all these horrible reviews, which are true to my knowledge, Write to the State Attorney's office. I did when they stole almost 6 grand from me by fraud. They very quickly returned the money and by all means do not rent from them. Fraud carries punitive damages which means they can be charged with more money than what was taken. I contacted and you should also, your State Attorney's office so that they can investigate, it's free as you are the victim of a crime. I had them on 7 felonies and counting.

It took 2 years to build The Empire State Building. It took under 3 years to build the Twin Towers both in New York and Los Angeles. In the 3 1/2 years I’ve lived in Vista Grande Spa in Desert Hot Springs, J&H Management Company has not been able to get our pool and hot tubs running … but they’re happy to pocket rent and annually raise rent on our senior community. I call it theft, fraud, and most importantly … ELDER ABUSE.

Feel free to share.

I feel bad for any owner of a mobile home in a park owned by this company, and if I was an owner trying to sell I'd be contacting an attorney as they will do everything they can to make it impossible for you to sell your place by not approving anyone that applies to live in the park so they buy elsewhere. Other parks will review applications in 1-2 days at the most - parks unfortunate enough to have J&H ownership - who knows, 2 weeks, a month, not at all In the meantime any potential buyer has already moved on and too bad for the poor mobile home owner trying to dump their place and can't sell it because the awful management company won't do their jobs.
