This was the best insurance customer service experience I had in years! Nita was the agent who assisted me! She was very patient and went line by line to explain all of the coverage and what my best options were. I asked her many different scenarios and she was always patient and polite to answer all of my questions! She was also able to save me more money with better coverage! I highly recommend! I’m moving from Southern California to Las Vegas, Nevada and just found out that I am going to lose my agent, Victoria Hodge-Trevarthen, because she’s not licensed in Nevada. This was most distressing, because Victoria has been one of the best agents I’ve ever had in all the years that I’ve been insured. I’ve been spoiled by her knowledge, patience with me (since I know I’m sometimes not one of the easiest people to communicate with) as well as the conviction that she always has my best interests at the forefront of all she does for me. To say that will be a challenge to find in today’s world would be an understatement. You can’t train people like this, they’re born this way and it’s innate in their personality. Victoria is the best of the best in the cream of the crop. I’ll miss terribly doing business with her and hopefully someday, will be able to do business with her again in the future.

Hi I went to look for a quote and the office was open and but they’re wasn’t anyone inside until a Gentleman came out the back and said oh they left about a year ago, Mercury is no longer here… So I thought why does it say open when it’s not …
