She always provides excellent assistance with activities questions and issues. Kara is very busy but always has a smile and friendly manner. Kara, and other employees, make The Colony a fun place.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. I sold a home in October. In November I receive a bill for the HOA assessment. When I call, I finally contact a person who tells me that I must send an email. This gets a response saying they are very busy. Days later I make numerous calls, until finally I get someone who tells me it is my responsibility to send them escrow paperwork and inform them of the new home owner. I repeatedly let them know that I have sold the house, am not an escrow company, etc. Their care and ability to communicate are lacking and I would not want them as my HOA representative.

Today was attended a request to pickup a BULKY ÍTEM which I made the past October 7th. The Brookfield HOA made an excellent work by organizing the Schedule with the City of Ontario for picking the BI up tomorrow October 11th
