I serve as a board member of a fairly new small community. Ever since we switched to MGR, Griselda has been our community manager and such an exceptional HOA community manager. She is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of our community. Her proactive approach to addressing issues and her clear communication have made a noticeable difference. All the action items and community improvements that didn't see any movement before we switch to MGR are now almost all completed under the board and Griselda and her team! Highly recommend MGR for any community management needs!

Company is involved with legal scamming. They towed my vehicle from my assigned parking spot in the middle of the night (1:20am), without any warning or phone call, and I had to pay the impound fee myself. I have been trying to reach corporate and have had no luck with speaking to anyone about it. Those looking for rental properties should make sure it’s not owned by MGR before signing anything.

Update: The comment management posted about me emailing them led to no response and the property manager has still never responded to me. I stand by my original statement. They don’t care about their tenants and they will not care about you, if you sign a lease with them.

Griselda is our property manager and she a first-class example of what you would expect of a property manager/management company.

I had the great pleasure of working with Bettie from MGR for a mailbox installation project for a property in Ontario, CA. The whole process from start to finish was done efficiently due to the above and beyond communication Bettie provided. She was attentive and timely with emails and phone calls throughout the process. I was able to meet her onsite as well over the weekend. I am looking forward to working with MGR again in the future, the professionalism is top of the line and the communities they manage are in really good hands because of it.

Update to this review: After posting this, I was immediately contacted by the company, which was impressive. They've since then reassigned me to another property manager, Andy who has been very responsive and at least acts like he cares. He's been working with the owner to make the repairs I've requested, slowly but steadily. I'm very grateful that the company heard my concerns and moved quickly to correct things. Andy has helped change my mind about my service here. I like the way things are going now and hope they stay like this.

I never write reviews unless Im strongly impacted by someone. As a tenant it's been a nightmare dealing with this company. I've had my property manager changed several times. In the beginning it wasn't so bad, requesting repairs but since they handed that responsibility off to Ryan it's been a struggle. I'm going on to waiting for over a year for maintenance requests to be tended to. They send people to evaluate the situation and never follow through. As an example only half the windows are functional in my home. As a struggling single mom I feel taken advantage of and helpless. Every time I've called to check the status of my request, they sound annoyed that I've called, and they say they'll take care of it but never do. The property owner is overseas and they take advantage of that as well because they have no idea that their tenants are so unhappy, and unaware that their property isn't taken care of. I have a cracked tub that most likely is leaking into the floor underneath and these guys don't care to do anything about it. If I owned a home I'd never use their service, I'm so surprised to see the good reviews, but looks like they're almost all for the same person, probably the only person with a heart that works there. My current property manager is Ada and has never tried contacting me, not even when they raised the rent, i just got the notice in the mail. Once i told her i thought it wasnt ethical to raise the rent on a tenant who has been complaining for over a year about maintenance, she said she had to see the property for herself and now I'm waiting for her to have the time to come and do that. Currently I have no A/c middle of summer, windows dont open on the bottom floor, sliding door screen doesnt close right, we dont have alot of air circulation, again im a single mom with a small child who has been feeling naseous from the heat and yet my phone calls/texts are not being returned, yet they never get rent late. These people are unethical, irresponsible and heartless. I wish I had the means to move but unfortunately I don't.
