If I could do 0 stars I would, this company is awful incompetent and will leave you high and dry. Me and my kids had a slab leak with them and it took 5 months for them to repair it.. the whole time I was sleeping in living room, I told him “water is leaking into my kids room and carpet is soaked he told me “well move your kids away from the leak and have them go in living room with you.. the guy Richard that runs the company is sarcastic disrespectful and usually don’t know what he is talking about and will give you the run around for repairs.. sliding glass door was coming off the slide and he told me “use the other door” I would stay far far away from this company.. then when I moved out he took my whole deposit and wouldn’t give me a itemization of the charges.. once I told him I am recording this conversation he didn’t want to say anything and wouldn’t even tell me I would get a itemization and wouldn’t speak anymore when he knew he was being recorded. so that tells you how much of a snake that guy Richard is… I hope people look at this company rating and comments before going into business with inland empire management I mean unless you want to deal with a snake of a company…..

I am currently renting a home from this company, I have for almost a year now. The people who work here are quiet and keep to themselves, I don't ever get bugged with Anya phone calls. Their process is simple, you come in to pay rent and you see them in a month to do it again. Little hassle. It's easy to get someone out to fix my house and quick aswell. I would definitely rent from this company again and recommend anyone else to do the same.

Don’t rent from this scumbag, Richard is a weasel & will do what ever he can to not repair or maintain anything and will charge you for anything he possibly can including pre existing damage. Avoid at all cost. Better to pay more for for a decent landlord.

They will try and keep your security deposit when moving out. They try and charge for normal wear and tear on old items the landlord/owner is to replace or update as time goes. They try to charge tenant for needed upgrading to property. I would document every detail moving in and out with video and pictures of everything in and on the property. As an examole, they tried to make me responsible for a doorbell button that fell off from old age.. this is how petty the property management company is.

In my recent experiences with several other local property management companies I have been charged an outrageous "processing fee", been subjected to viewings where the person just stays at the curb and stares at me silently, and left countless unreturned voicemails and emails. IEMP is no nonsense. They charge a reasonable credit check fee, they always answer the phone and emails, and most of their places can be viewed solo via a lockbox or by picking keys up at the office. They're kind of old school in that you cannot apply or pay rent online, but otherwise I have no complaint. We rented from them years ago and even if we don't end up renting from them this time it is not due to their service.

This company and the person in which runs this company does not to do proper business. The person running this company is not the best on keeping up on anything, any complaints, anything. This person is not truthful and I think the number one key thing to business is to be truthful. This man doesn't care about anything his "tenates" do.He rents and sells homes with nothing but problems and then will blame you and try not to fix it when he sold properties with problems. Please do look out in reference to any business you do with this company or it's affiliates.
