I called about a week ago and the customer service I received was utterly shocking. I was forwarded over to agent Sue Nix and let me tell you... the treatment I received from "her" was disappointing. She represents this company in such a nasty way, she doesn't deserve to be employed here. Sue is rude, expresses inappropriate behaviors over the phone, and gave me snarky remarks whenever I asked questions. I needed help with my claim and she treated me like I was below her and didn't seem like she wanted to help me in the first place. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect over the phone from a customer service provider. Truly disappointed with the whole interaction. If anyone ever comes across this nasty person, just automatically ask to talk to another adjuster (or whatever her title is) because trying to have a conversation with her is pointless and useless. Don't waste your time talking to nasty Sue Nix because she does not care about you.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with an awful claims person by the name of Sue Nix. My advice to anyone who has to deal with this company: STEER CLEAR!! Sue ruined my day and I hope I never have to deal with a rude bitter employee like her ever again. You're better off dealing with any other insurance company. It's not worth your time.
