Worst place to get good service.. never answer the phone! Always talking and speaking about other customers once they leave. it’s disgusting, all the girls working there need to get their minds into a professional mindset, not treat the bank as if it’s some regular job, Do it correctly grantee you will get good reviews. Otherwise be careful where you get an account here! I’ve gotten my money stolen out of my account many times and they don’t do anything about it! Worst place to save your money at no security whatsoever!

Very very bad service. Never answer calls. To talk to them I have to make the drive go in person because I could never get a hold of them. I leave a message and they never call back. Horrible customer service.

This credit union offered excellent service. The loan process was quick and simple, and the rates are great! Thank you to Anita and Andrea for making the loan and membership process so seamless. Both ladies were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We will definitely consider any future business with this credit union.

Great place to visit the Inland Valley Federal Credit Union. The service is good and friendly. They are very helpful. Great location next to the speedway. There's enough parking place there. Easy to find. It is better then a bank for finance interest. A bank charge too much interest and ATM fees. I've been to this Credit Union over 25 years.👍🏆

I am literally about to leave this bank. Had my money card hacked numerous times. Come to find out someone in the bank was stealing money. Now I can’t even get ahold of anyone in the bank. I have literally called them while walking into the bank no one busy at all and they transfer to the answering service. I need to talk to the bank not your answering service. This is crazy how non existent management has gone down on this bank. I think it’s time for me to bank elsewhere. Sorry

Good afternoon Ms Arroyo,

I am a current member at the inland valley federal credit union in Fontana Ca. I would like to put in a complaint against your current manager Marlen Alvarado. To begin since she has taken over management she is never accessible to customers I have gone in on multiple occasions to ask for her at different times and she is always unavailable. When I took out an auto loan I specified that I wanted my funds auto deducted and she failed to complete this transaction and caused me to default by three months on a new auto loan and this effected my credit score which was never resolved. My current issues is trying to get a debit card to my own account I have called multiple times and the call center has helped more then the branch has. I have been without a debit card since December 29th because the BRANCH HAS FAILED TO ISSUE THIS TO ME! Because of my frustration I have withdrawn my savings and opened a new account with arrowhead credit Union I plan to transfer my remaining funds along with my auto loan eventually. I am sending this email as a last resort that someone above Marlen can help since no team member is ever able to provide Marlens bosses information which to me should be accessible since she is never available nor does she respond. I have sent an email to Marlen and her team on Monday of this week regarding my debit card situation with no response 5 business days to answer one email is unacceptable in my eyes. I have contacted the call center once again today to resolve this issue but since the BRANCH IS RESPONSIBLE THEY CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH. I would like to add I’ve been a member for over 7 years and I have taken out loans and have paid them back in the past with no issues under Kathy Ramirez’s management. I unfortunately will no longer have faith in new management and this will definitely change how I handle my banking with you guys all together. Please contact me on the number below.

I absolutely LOVE Inland Valley Credit Union. I have gotten two car loans with them. I have also had a debt consolidation loan with them. They are patient, they work with you, they are LOVELY. Treats for you on Fridays. They are like family. Marlene is AMAZING. She helped me get my first car at 18. After I paid it off, I was approved to get another at 20. These reviews do not do justice. Trust me. They are awesome.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend doing business with them especially if you need a loan. I have been a member of this credit union for 20+ years and had loans with them for 8. I have always made my payments on time since my credit is important to me. This past month, i had recently moved out of state and simply forgot to make my payment since I was busy with the move, I missed the payment by 14 days, not even long enough to charge me a late penalty. Nobody called me or notified me in anyway to give me a heads up or simple friendly reminder about my loan. Instead, when Jerlene, the collector saw I had my direct deposit coming through she froze my entire account so I had no access to any of my money, even though the payment was made as soon as the money was in my account. What was the reason for her freezing the rest of my money...they already had what was owed to them. I left a message with Chuck, the CEO however, he failed to call me back. The customer service in this facility has gone out the window. It is nonexistent. I strongly discourage anyone from going here and doing business with these people.
