These bank has very Inexperienced people i'm working at this bank. They do not listen when you Tell them what you need. They are very slow and I mean, very slow in doing the transaction you request. They close my debit card in error. . Want then they lied and said they opened it?But then when I went to use it, it was still not working. After they told me it was okay to use again 3 times shopping. It got declined again. I went into the branch and told him what happened again. And the girl told me, oh my debit card's been closed since the twenty first.This is ridiculous. They need to educate people how to do transactions in a timely manner.They need to know how to read a screen.

Gerardo helped us get an increase in our credit limit. we were gonna go on vacation so we talked to him a few days before we left and while we were out of state he was super attentive and called letting us know what happens and that we were approved for the credit increases which we were incredibly happy about. at the same time he was also looking over if we could change our auto loan over to cu1. he asked his manager and said the amount we paid was more than the value so we would have to down the difference. i said 2 months time but that has already past and it will take longer than that haha he was super helpful, friendly and attentive. i wanted to gift him a gift basket but wasn’t sure if it was allowed haha just know if u get Gerardo, ur in good hands!
- in general i love this cu1 more than the others. it has a more modern look and style and i can see that the workers aren’t as, robotic? i’m not sure of the word but that we can talk one on one openly and that it isn’t rushed - maybe because they have an open table and aren’t behind a barrier

12/14/2023 - Updating the review I wrote a year ago. When this building was newly renovated, it was really nice, the customer service was nice, and there seemed to always be 7-8 people on the floor, friendly and ready to help. Now, whenever I go to the branch, the check-in is very messy and unorganized, there's only about 4 staff members on the floor, and no one really welcomes or greets you anymore. Some of the staff tries to avoid making eye contact or look like they're trying to do something else besides help you. The Branch Supervisors/Managers don't really say or do anything either, so you just stand around until the only 1-2 people who are helping Members gets to you. The building is beautiful and still gives an Apple Store Vibe. There's a free coffee and water machine. I used to like this new branch, but due to the poor staff change, and the unfriendly customer service, I don't think I'll go to this branch anymore, unfortunately. ☹️

I recently came to this bank to cash my check, and the teller girl Mari was SO sweet and got it done for me so fast 🙂 The place looks so nice and clean too along with the free coffee, would def recommend going here for great service!!!

I am NOT a member of this credit union, and never will be. This past summer I sold a motorcycle to a member of Credit Union 1. I gave the bank the title and forgot all about it. Fast forward to mid-November and I go to renew my car's tags and I see that the motorcycle is still registered to me. Obviously this is a liability for me as I am still reflected as the owner if there is a crime or traffic incident. How does a very large credit union allow this to happen?
I called the credit union multiple times and nobody can ever give me a straight answer. They promise call backs that never come. As of today this matter is still unresolved. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Probably the worst bank. Manager sounds stupid. Came in regarding my check always being held for 5+ days I spoke to a bank teller really nice guy didn’t seem to really know he spoke to the manager and I could here her saying something about needing a social. What a dummy. Went to the Debarr location. Immediately had it released in less then 15 mins. Overall Credit union has been an issue since I opened my account. will be switching to GLOBAL CREDIT in the near future
