My whole experience has been nothing but wonderful. The first day I walked in Kelsey was completely welcoming, she even let me take a tour with my dog Buddie. Maintenance hasn't been needed but are great people. I talk to them regularly in passing. Apartments are amazing and priced reasonably. I look forward to the next year at this property.

Amazing apartment in Folsom!
Couldn't find a better place to live in. The leasing office staffs were very kind, responsive. Maintenance also super fast.

This is my second time leasing an apartment at Hub Apartments, and I’ve found it a pleasurable experience on both occasions.

The staff is superb at what they do and is sincerely keen in making “The Hub” a great place to reside. Of special note are the outdoor areas; they are beautifully maintained and add to a further sense of pride of residing at this address.

As an addendum to the above, the service response to maintenance requests is excellent as well. The staff actually performing this task is both knowledgeable and personable, but the process itself is a breeze thanks to the “front office” staff, proof that Hub Apartments in Folsom remains an extremely well managed property and a comfortable address at which to reside.

The Hub on Willard Drive is a GREAT place to live. We lived in an upper level two bedroom, two bath.This property is a fairly new build and they spared no expense on the quality and style. All the amenities inside are high-end—one major plus is the apartment was SO quiet. The size and layout are fantastic—high ceilings in the living room and second bedroom. There are USB ports in all the main spaces, fiber optics network. We had a large private garage. The property is kept clean and manicured…we’ve lived and rented in NYC and LA and Hub was by far our favorite. You’re right next to hwy 50, The Palladio, Whole Foods, Nugget, the lake, The Harris Center and Historic Folsom District (with all levels of dining). The area is safe, clean and filled with hiking trails and outdoor activities.
Then you add in the human factor, the people who work there, like Kelsey and Chelle—both run the office are so helpful and truly care about your living experience at the Hub. The maintenance requests are handled quickly, with follow-ups to make your happy with the job. Really there is no downside to living here. We enjoyed the time we were able to call The Hub in Folsom home so much we wanted to write this long review. It’s awesome.

I lived at The Hub for a year and was so sad that I had to move, due to relocating with my job. This is the type of community you would stay at for years, and my exceptional experience extended beyond my move out, which is just an even greater testament to this world class management team! Heather, Sheila, Marie - amazing ladies, and thank you so much for helping with mail and packages in our transition! I had a beautiful 3rd floor apartment, with high ceilings, facing the court yard and pool, with great sunsets, and I just loved it! Maintenance requests were always responded to promptly, questions, concerns, which were few and far between, always addressed promptly! Exceptional amenities! I even had terrific neighbors, which you don’t always come by in apartment communities. You are walking distance to the grocery store, and several great childcare options, and less than 10 mins from historic Folsom, which is always fun. I absolutely adored by time here and highly recommend The Hub to anyone seeking a new home!

This has got to be the most amazing place that I’ve lived in my life. I love the management so much and all the neighbors make me feel so welcome. This is definitely a family community and everybody Is so kind here. We want to keep it that way, so no drama no craziness Is aloud lol …. Just a peaceful place to live. A very delightful place to call home.
