Jason and Samantha were so helpful, friendly and accommodating to all my questions and concerns I had with laying out and mapping out my new home I just acquired from them today for rent at a great price here in Loomis! They walked me through everything I needed to do which this so much easier and stress free which is what I was looking for! It's always a relief with a transition as smooth as they made it for me! I'm so thankful they are such great people and I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone else out there looking for a home by them! Thank you guys so much!

My experience with Park Glen has been nothing short of perfect! My rental property has been managed by them from day one and they have provided a tremendous amount of support and guidance. They helped get my house ready to be a long term furnished rental, which I didn't even realize was an option for a home in Citrus Heights. Turned out there was quite the market for this type of rental and it has worked out better than I could have expected. They handled all the details from the initial stages of inspecting my property to make sure it was in tip top shape to rent, photographing the house, listing it for rent and managing the bookings, to the long term work of coordinating the cleanings, repair work, & prompt payment, they never miss a beat! Their communication is always top tier and they are super prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I have. Not to mention they are such fun, friendly people to work with! Having a rental property would be stressful if I didn't have Park Glen to manage all the details, but they have made this process effortless. Highly, highly recommend this team!
