They will gladly send you across town to “available appointments” that don’t exist just to not have to do their job. At least the two ladies working at 4:15ish today. Then I get to midtown and the Samoan lady who works in the first office jumped down my throat in front of a lobby full of people for no reason at all. CU1 Has done great things. This customer service today was not anywhere near that list.

I have an account with for several years for the most part the teller's are wonderful , still can't get a loan because I spend cash and use no credit cards ...but they can't find that I easier have credit with the Cash America pawn . I think they are okay.

Since joining Credit Union 1 a couple years back, I have to say it has been the best experience of any Credit Union or Bank that I have dealt with since living in Alaska. (26 yrs. as of date). The most friendliest and courteous employees to encounter. I am really a Happy Customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly employees although very slow customer service. Generally you can be prepared for a 15-30 minute wait. Several times I have seen cars leaving the drive thru because the wait has become too long. I've never dealt with a bank this slow it seems as if their system is not very effecient.

Worst customer service of all times ! This lady was so rude, she was rolling her eyes and slapping the papers on the desk. When we asked the things we needed , she was being a b*** about it . Other employees are wonderful! Just this specific lady who's probably hate working.

I was trying to do deposit on the drive thru, they made me wait about 30 min until they say sorry we’re close like bro you hold up the line and there only 2 cars Worse location to go to and they’re slow as heck. Next time I’ll drive to the other credit union one.
