I was supporting the storm restoration effort for FPL in Florida and this company was contracted to provide food, accommodations, bathroom & wash stations. I was very impressed. Their team works hard, prepared good food and had nice & helpful staff. They provided a great selection of food options, snacks and beverages. This company is top notch and can quickly respond, set up and support thousands of personnel in a matter of hours. I look forward to seeing them again if called upon to work storm restoration. While they were great when they first started the contract with the army back in 2021 in eagle pass, they have since gone down hill in the last month or so. They now have 2 men's latrines out of service near me. I wish nights, and now I have to walk all the way around 2 other tents in the middle of the day. It is stupid.
Now the food has gone down in quantity. I feel that when they found out they were losing the contract, they stopped caring about quality.

Thanks for everything Suwanee Valley Electric in Live Oak, Fl. Service was top notch, staff is very friendly. That’s a lot of setting up in a short period of time. The only thing I’d do different on the sleep trailers is add bug lights.. the white lights has 1000’s of bugs at the door and they get inside with that many people coming and going. Thanks for being there.

Jen has been a lifesaver and her team on the bootleg fire for us. My company is KL Farms LLC fires fighting if it wasn't for Jen and her team it'd be sleeping in a hot desert atmosphere and it wouldn't feel like home would be depressed and everything else she's brought her atmosphere up. So happy to have this company here

They deliver on keeping a place very well run. They provide pop up housing, bathrooms, electrical services, a/c heat, water washing stations, laundry services for disasters or other. All the employees are great and anytime something goes wrong, it is fixed within a very short period of time. I gave it a four, because I would like to make suggestions on food fresh eggs are not available to cook right there. Even a hot plate can cook fresh eggs, but I am a cook so I am biased—used to do the breakfast for Embassy Suites. Also would like more fresh beef. And a salad bar. ? But y’all great!!

I am also a service member living on Camp Base Charlie in Eagle Pass Texas. I stayed at a facility in Del Rio, which had a different contractor (Team Housing) and the difference was night and day. We are one of the few camps that don’t have hot lunches. There have been several instances where they have carried expired food and soldiers were getting sick. They don’t use gloves or hairnets when serving food. There is lots of room for improvement compared to the other contractors at the other camps that have been established along the border.
