I have been with Liberty Mutual for many years and feel confident that they are the best choice in insurance for my car and home. I get personal service that is always friendly and helpful, and when I had to make a claim, it was easy and processed quickly. That is what I look for in great customer service.

*UPDATE: They have transferred their car insurance to Safeco, and I don't want any part of that company.
I searched for a new company and was pleasantly surprised to find that Gieco has moved up with their ratings in customer service and pricing.
Gieco was the best option for me at this time, and I'm saving around $300 dollars a year. I did 100% of the comparisons and purchasing online, and it was very user-friendly. So far, so good.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review considering how many lovely people have been helped successfully by this team. I cannot say the same. I've called three times now over the last week, each time being assured I'd speak to Kevin Oclaray that day, to finalize my quote. I never heard from him or his team.

If they were unable to finalize the quote or simply preferred not to, clear communication would have been appreciated. Instead, I was left waiting for a call for over a week that never came. Truly disrespectful of my time and a terrible impression on their staff.
