Silva served as the forensic accountant for my divorse. He was charged with proving that I brought certain assets to the marriage. If he had explained what my burdon of proof was, I would have told him not to bother. 4 months and $50,000 later, I was told I didn't have the proof. That could have been determined on the first interview. I only communicated with him twice by email. On the first, I received a boiler plate in return. He didn't bother to respond to the second. $50,000 doesn't get you much respect at Schultze, Boone and Silva

I own two businesses and paid Brian Boone to appraise both. One of the businesses is just me and the other has 3 employees, so these are small businesses. The cost ended up being exorbitant (more than $50k). And it took him half a year to complete the appraisals. He had in-person interviews with me that asked me questions I had already answered by email, thereby amplifying the cost of his time and making the process take longer. He also had a lot of layers to his team, and it was like they didn't communicate with each other and it forced me to submit some information repeatedly to different people (each time costing me money since they are paid by the hour). I felt a lot of frustration during the process and it seemed like it just didn't need to be so complicated, costly, or drawn-out. There is no chance I would ever use this service again or ever recommend it to anyone.
