The team at Absolute Property Management is Amazing! I have a unique rental, in that it is located on the same lot as my main home that I rent to a family. I had struggled for months to find a qualified renter for the home. The home itself is small, but located in a desirable location. The challenge I faced was finding someone who was not only qualified, but who also didn't mind living right next door to the family in the larger home. I was referred to Absolute Property Management from a close friend, and during out initial consultation, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. They helped me to strategize, and helped create a marketing plan to get the maximum rent possible. After they took the photos and created the listing, we received a flood of applications, yet most of the applicants didn't qualify for one reason or another. Still, their team worked hard processing all of the applications, setting up showings, and following up with the applicants. In just 2 weeks, they were able to find the perfect tenant I was looking for, who met all of the income and credit qualifications. The team at Absolute Property Management did all of the work in drafting the Lease, and their Lease had all of the clauses built in to protect me, including a renter's insurance clause, a utility overage clause, a lead-based paint addendum, and many others. I'm so glad I was referred to Absolute Property Management, and I will be using them for my next rental which is coming available soon. I highly recommend Absolute Property Management to anyone needing help managing their rentals in the Sacramento area!

I found out about Absolute Property Management through word of mouth, and after viewing their pricing plans, I decided to go with them as they have the best prices and the most flexible plans I've found in Sacramento. I'm impressed with the way Absolute Property Management incorporates modern technology with their platform and systems, yet they still have a firm understanding of California real estate rules and regulations.compliance and risk mitigation are huge for me, and this is a company who really gets it. The previous property management company I used had very complicated software, and often lost important documents because they were too old fashioned and literally did much of their filing using ""filing cabinets."" Everything with Absolute Property Management is done electronically, and they are well organized. Their accounting team is very accurate as well, and best of all, their pricing plans are the best I've found in Sacramento...there are no hidden fees or surprises. Expect excellent service, quality tenants, and peace of mind when you work with Absolute Property Management.

I love the fact that Absolute Property Management offers very simple, easy to understand pricing plans. I found that their rates when compared to other management companies in Sacramento are not only much more simple and straightforward, but their rates are significantly cheaper. Other property management companies I've looked into have very confusing pricing structures. I was about to sign on with a different company until I really read through their contract in depth, where I found all sorts of added fees which didn't make sense, and when I really broke down the math, I found that the other company I was going to sign on with, after factoring in all of their many miscellaneous fees, ended up being almost 3 times as expensive as Absolute Property Management's set-rate plan. So far I've been very pleased with the service and customer care I receive from Absolute Property Management, and I have no plans of changing management companies at this point. If you want good service, affordable rates, and truly ""full service worry free property management,"" go with Absolute Property Management. They are the best!

Absolute Property Management goes above and beyond in terms of the level of service they provide to their owners. Their software and owner portal are very intuitive and easy to use. I can log into my portal at any time to make sure the tenants are paying on time. I also love how consistent the Absolute Property Management team is with their statements, and how easy the statements are to read. The tenants have been very good at making their rent payments, and they take good care of the home. I give Absolute Property Management an A+.

Absolute Property Management helped market my property effectively, and were able to secure quality tenants in record time! They were able to guide me on marketing strategies, including providing me with a comprehensive and detailed Rental Market Report, which helped me achieve the highest rents possible, but without overpricing the rental listing. Their team takes tenant screening very seriously and as such, they adhere to a very strict tenant screening process. We received close to 40 applications for the rental, and they did all of the hard legwork in verifying employment, credit, background checks, and a number of other factors before we found the perfect tenants. I highly recommend Absolute Property Management to anyone needing help renting their home out in Sacramento.
