This place is a rip off. I called before I came to do live scan. They said the price is $59 and they accept credit cards. After I completed my live scan, they increased the price to $69.50 and only accept debit card. They provided false information and did not have credibility with whatever they said. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

Sorry to say but the owner was very rude and very unprofessional. He was look like he was in a hurry and keep asking me to complete my application quickly by which I make few mistakes and now I am completing my document from another place by paying again. I don't recommend to anyone

Came here to do my drug test. They didn't have any seat covers or toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to use napkins. I thought it was gross he wasn't wearing gloves when handling my pee. The place looks super sketchy. Not very welcoming, but I guess if they get the job done, whatever.

Owner was very professional and polite. Registered my Honda, purchased from a tow yard. No need to make appointment or go to DMV, received plates and sticker same day. My cousin went to him for insurance was treated very well.

I'll be coming back for insurance and immigration services.

This was super efficient...great experience. In and out in about 7 minutes, including Vehicle Registration and Live Scan. I was at work on my lunch break, and Capital Services completed my Vehicle Registration within 5 min instead of the time given my DMV was 3 hours waiting in line. I also sent my sister to get Live Scan there.

The only place in the area that actually picked up the phone and helped me out. Knew exactly what I needed and guided me through the process. I was in and out in minutes and this included all those fingerprint scans required. Very friendly and more than willing to help you out. Prices are fair and the most affordable. I do plan on going there again.
