The tellers at this location have always been very helpful and kind to me. I've been a member with Golden 1 for 6 years. Today I came with my sister to help her set up an account. NOW I'M CONSIDERING CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. She wasn't able to open an account online. One of the specialists told us that there was someone on break and that they would help us afterward in about 15 more minutes after we'd been waiting for 20. Three other specialists were busy taking care of people who had appointments or arrived before us. 30-45 minutes later he returns from HIS "break" with 30 minutes to close (we had arrived an hour earlier to this) asks for our the application number we were not able to generate the day prior and then told us there wasn't enough time to help us. WHO TAKES A 45 MINUTE BREAK IN THE LAST HOUR OF THE WORK DAY? Very unprofessional treatment, a waste of our time, and a waste of Golden 1's payroll.

Went in to ask about a credit card with 3 people working alone and no could assist me. I just got ignored. The. The manager comes out saying someone will be with me shorty and as soon as i get into my car and leave they call me. The worst staff ever. Tellers and security are ok. The others are horrible Will never come back again!!!

Crashed and ate my card AGAIN! It’s 6am in the morning on Sunday, no customer service until 9 hehe, ridiculous, can’t even file report or get help.

Good service in the regular banking line, and the line moves quickly even when it's long. Make an appointment for non-teller services.

Since some services require quite a bit of time, be prepared to not have access to a restroom. Don't know why they don't have a public restroom anymore.

Went there today. When I arrived about 6 or 7 customers in line. Two tellers working the counter. Another teller was chit chatting with lady in corner office. After about 10 mins, I guess they decide she should go back to working at counter. Now line is 12 "members" long 3 tellers. See several other members turn around and leave. Person in the corner office has no appointments but one of her personal friends stops by and they hug and chit chat. Other lady with an office does nothing. There is one more non-teller employee in cubicle behind the counter. He helps answer one of the teller's questions, but does not assist any customers. He does have time to print new flyers for their posters on the wall. By the time I am finally helped, it has been 40+ minutes. Now line is up to 14 or 15. Not one I am sorry for the delay, nor any action by the "management" to provide better service. I have been consolidating my accounts, closed one at chase 2 weeks ago. I guess it should have been Golden1 I closed.

Every time I come to this branch there are only 2 tellers available with a bunch of staff walking around. The tellers have excellent customer service but waiting 45min to an hour to make a transaction is ridiculous. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes at my other bank🤬😔.

This particular location always has a line of a dozen+ people and I’ve never seen more than 2 people at the windows. Usually just 1 person. Avoid if at all possible.

I love my neighborhood Golden 1 branch. The staff are friendly and I always get a compliment. Today I got here at 5:01pm while they were locking the door. Instead of ignoring me or shutting the door, the gal waited until I got to the door and asked me what I needed. I told her that I needed a replacement card and without hesitation, she let me in the bank. I expected her co workers to be angry or show hesitation in helping me, but NO. They were very nice and accommodating. I was out of there in less than 10mins. And the security guard complimented me on my dress.
