Our family just completed the task of selling our first, started home, which Lisa sold to us about seven years ago, and building our dream home in the Las Vegas Valley. Heather and Lisa helped us to find and purchase a home in Las Vegas. We are from out of state and required so much extra work on their part, including lots of conference calls, chats and creating videos for us, as well as taking us to view many homes when I was in Vegas. They went over and above to make sure our new home was in perfect condition for move in and went there on three separate occasions to fully inspect all areas. We have lived in a NAPM home for four years. We love the house and neighborhood. The home is 30 years old, so inevitably, things break.

The air conditioner failed. NAPM had a portable unit at the house within an hour. The outside unit was replaced within a day. When small things go wrong, like the garbage disposal going out, or sink fixtures wearing out, it is fixed in a timely manner. We receive same day replies to any email sent during business hours.

If you are a renter, NAPM is as good as it gets. If you are an owner, this group will take care of your tenants and property.
