Avoid this insurance broker. They charge fees for every policy change, even if you already have coverage with them. They wanted to charge me $600 just to add an additional vehicle to my policy. I ended up canceling all policies with this broker. Go somewhere else.

Lack of experience or training. Pay today, receive your "correct" policy 8 days later. But it took phone calls, frustration, and an email to the broker's office.
And then they want some more money for accomplishing their job:(

Went on their website and clicked on the "request a quote" link, but it's just a scam to get your info. They dont offer a quote at all. The legit insurance companies give quotes online, the scammers only give quotes on the phone...

It would be understandable that you prefer to do biz over the phone, except that you offer an online quote link, then only do biz over the phone. And I would NEVER do biz over the phone without seeing the docs with all the numbers BEFORE I pay one cent. Scammers like you say one thing yet do another. Case in point... Your fake online quote link that even you admit will not provide anyone with a quote.

If you are reading this please I beg you don’t use this company, they lie to you and don’t give the services they say. Find another insurance company for your well-being. There is a lot of choice of insurance company, yes maybe a little more expensive BUT with honest people. I’m letting you know, now you decide!

They tell you one price but when you're there they double the price,so basically to have a cheap insurance your address has to be outside LA in order for it to be cheap.All these insurance brokers work with the same insurance companies like alliance or infinity ect,if you have Veronica's or Adriana's insurance stick with them they all the same.
