They allow their staff to make racist comments and discriminative comments based on a person’s health and color of their skin. Then they lie in court and tell employees and neighbors. If they’re witness to the court case that they will be put out, I recommend that no one deals with Bella asset management.

- Bella Asset Management bought the Blair at Bitters in San Antonio and everything went downhill.
- No one in the office knows what they are doing and seems to be lost on their policies every time I go talk to someone.
- I turned in my 30-day notice on time and checked in with the office multiple times so they would know that I was moving out and to stop texting me about renewing my lease.
- Even after telling 4 people who worked in the office that I was leaving a few days before moving out they were surprised that I was moving out...
- I went down there to turn in my keys and sign my forwarding address for the last bill. But for some reason, they could not log into their computer and provide me with my last water bill.
- 2 weeks later, I get a notification that I am being charged for next month's rent.
- After calling the office multiple times someone finally picks up the phone and tells me that i was still somehow living there even though I turned in my keys to the office and moved out weeks before turning the key in.
- Fast forward to today I am still waiting for my last water bill and it has almost been a whole month since I moved out.
- This whole situation has been rather unpleasant. If this is how all their offices are, I would not recommend any of the apartments that they run to anyone.

Swimming pool has not been open since they bought this property. web sight says it has a pool but the tenant can use it. Apt office is never open, you have to go across the street to take care of any business. Electric yard lights on 24 hours a day, It takes over 2 months to get your hot water tank replaced. Office manager across the street lie to you, will not lift a finger to fix any problems. Trash all around the complex.
Do not rent from this company! I feel I rent from a slum lord!! Do not believe what you read about apartment features! False advertising in their Apartment features!! I give this place ZERO Stars. Rumors has it that this apartment and the one across the north side of the street has been up for sale for a long time......
They do not fix what is broken in your apartment!
The apartment manager office located on the far west side of Fort Worth, at this complex is rarely open. You have to walk across the street to that office for any needs. If you tell them any thing they just will give you lip service. I live in my apartment for a long time and needed a bathroom fan replaced for four months. An apartment got his book kicked in and it took maintenance 3 THREE days to repair his door. Few apt needs new hot water heater. Takes long time to replace them. This apartment advertise these features, has a swimming pool but in over two years its was never open. Security none, security gate been broken for over two years. Just to name a couple of example how they treat their tenants.

They change management every few days seems like. They do have a pool but it's only to lure Tennant's into stay there. They take a deposit and then say that a deposit was never givin. The security there is something else too. They hassle the people that live there more than anything while people are telling all night and smoking blues in various spots around the property. It's just a terrible place to live. But if you like living in fear of security pulling guns and blocking you from shutting your door then this is the place for you. Good luck. The manager now is utterly disrespectful.

I have lived in my apt complex for nearly 8 years. While previous management companies have been hit or miss, it's been non-stop miss after miss since Bella took over! I honestly never imagined how bad an it could be. These people NEVER answer a phone. And if you leave a message for a call back they are far and few in between. When you do get a call... You don't get a resolution to the issue you are calling about. Trust me DO NOT MOVE IN TO THEIR PROPERTIES!!! SAVE yourself the frustration!!!!

These people Do. Not. Care. about the people living here. They want you to have rent, on time....& that's it.
Any time you have an issue, they'll tell you they can't/won't do anything about it. Probably tell you to call the city about it. They're FULL of EXCUSES
Maintenance can take WEEKS, if not MONTHS to even come around. IF they ever do anything about it. Unresponsive. Uncaring. Irresponsible

They just let criminals & drug dealers here. No worries. They won't do anything. Cops won't do anything. City won't do anything. Trash is never taken out
I HAD to sign another year lease, cuz of Covid. I didn't want to, but I HAD to. No other options. So I'm stuck here for another year 🙁
This company. The people in the office.....AWFUL. just TERRIBLE.

I completely understand why they have such bad reviews. This management recently (3months or so) took over the apartment complex i currently live at. The on-site staff is rude. I've had the same issue for the past couple months and have requested maintenance to come fix (cold water is 110 degrees!!) and nothing has been done. I decided to call the ones in charge of the on site staff (Bella) and have not gotten a call back from the regional manager. I am a first responder Healthcare worker. How in the world am I supposed to shower and clean off when it's too damn hot?! Feels like it's going to burn off my skin!
