They lie and steal your money. I told them up front the specifics of my situation they told me np they would take care of me and help me get a house so I pay 150 in nonrefundable app fees and they call me the next day and tell me I'm out of luck they kept my money and left me still looking for a place to move. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if your looking to move

My personal experience at AD was really good. Ms V did an awesome job with assisting me in my times of need. You just have to be open with them and communicate with her on a daily basis. People quick to give bad reviews to places when they are probably the ones who initiate trouble in the first place. Again Ms V thank you!

this company is terrible, durning move in violetta acted very nice and professional. they tried to slip in a rights weaver saying that we were still responsible for rent should my orders require us to move. then they told me that i qualified for a weaver. after the paperwork was signed i was told i had to pay the deposit because my wife's credit was not acceptable. i came up with the money and moved in. the apartment was dirty moving in. red stains on the floor and food on the oven and lids. i filled out the paperwork and inspection. violetta over the corse of the year i spent staying there i was constantly being contacted about things she didnt like, she called about my patio furniture, where i put my trash can, my yard, and my garage door being open. she always called twice, the first time was to let me know that it looked tacky, the second was to tell me that the "killeen pd" called and were going to fine me for code violations that didnt actually exist . When it came time to move out i made th mistake of telling her the latest i could do the inspection. she made sure to wait until i couldnt be there to show up and inspect. they will not give you any information until you've been out for 2 months. in my case they only sent me a list of charges that added up to my exact security deposit. this place is bad news. look some place else

I am currently a tenant and have been for two years. Violetta and associate have always been kind and very professional. Everytime I have needed something repaired or replaced they have had it done in a timely manner. I have no complaints so far, and I'm surprised at the bad reviews.

They target military personnel. Violeta is the unprofessional land manager I have ever met. DO NOT go to these people they will take your money and add hidden fees to your contract. They say they clean the property but when we moved in there where holes in the wall and the place is a mess. Plus NEITHER of the land managers can speak ENGLISH.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! ESPECIALLY FROM ANITA RIENDEAU. IN MY OPINION HER DEMENDOR TOWARDS OUR MILITARY IS UNACCEPTABLE!! A HOUSE THAT WAS RENTED FROM HER INCLUDED COMPLAINTS FILED FOR WORKING ON YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY, AND SHE REQUEST FROM RENTER, NOTICE OF GOING OUT OF TOWN OR STATE TO VISIT FAMILY. THIS IS NO CONSERN OR DATA OWED TO HER OF MY WHEREABOUTS! THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEANED UPOND VACATING AND WAS CHARGED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR NOT CLEANING GUTTERS, PRESSURE WASHING DRIVEWAY,ETC. MY MOTHER WAS VISITING TO HELP WITH MY NEXT DUTY STATION IN ANOTHER STATE AND BROUGHT HER CATS WITH HER AND I WAS CHARGED 1,000.00 DOLLARS UPON MOVE OUT STATING I HAVE PETS WHILE LIVING THERE FOR 3 YEARS.SO ,NO VISTORS FROM FAMILY WITH THEIR DOG OR CAT CAN VISIT YOU AT ANY HOUSE SHE RENTS TO YOU. THERE IS MORE BUT THIS SHOULD GIVE ANYONE A DECENT WARNING TO STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL COMPANY I'VE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH. VIOLETTA IS THE WORST REALTOR THERE. SHE IS VERY NICE IN THE BEGINNING UNTIL YOU MOVE IN THEN SHE IS A RUDE, CONNIVING INDIVIDUAL. SHE NEVER CONTACTS YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION SHE'LL LIE AND SAY SHE CONTACTED YOU BUT NEVER REALLY DOES, IT ALSO TOOK HER 3 MONTHS FROM THE TIME I STARTED LIVING IN MY HOUSE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE ISSUES IN MY HOUSE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
