I do not recommend to live at any of these properties, I have been in property management for over thirty years and my truck was towed from one of their properties. The parking lot is not striped and it is not marked clearly where to park. I called the property supervisor to ask if they could help me get it back and without hesitation there was nothing they could do. Tomorrow is the first. Some of us don't have an extra 350 to shell out to a towing company.. some of us already have financial hardships and the company is supposed to care about the residents. Any company who lets towing without structure and proper spaces painted in the parking lot seems a bit shady to me. I know first hand they could call the towing company to tell them to bring it back. I've done that a dozen times for others. I mean the guy didn't know the name of the towing company nor did he care to help me find out who it was. Didn't offer to make a call to the owner...nothing could have made him care about this situation. There is no markings on the parking lot for Visitor parking no signage where is reserved.

This company put a fraud charge on my credit card...... I have done no business with them yet they somehow put a charge on my credit card... I believe they are a scam... Do not use

Contractors beware: this company will not pay you the full amount you are owed at some point in time. You may get some payments, and then they stop. You may perform work for the first time and never get paid at all. I'm owed ~$6500 with no contact or talk of payment being received any time soon. Do not give your business to these shady people, it will be a mistake.

Vendors beware, they’ve owed my company $10k for the last six months. I’ve called everyone I can and they just give me lip service. I’ve had to place a lien on them, which they don’t seem to care about either. If this is how they treat their contractors, imagine how’d they treat their residents.

Fly by night management company that just tells you want to hear...NO IMPROVEMENTS TO THIS RUN DOWN LAKES AT MADURA...THE MANAGER IS NOT A NICE PERSON ( she came from HUD) ...the place has ZERO lighting...I called Devilshire, but nothing is happening here..LAKES AT MADURA NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED.. calling the City & Congressman is NEXT
