I was in an a car accident and called Bill, my State Farm agent. I am not one to use apps, etc. I wanted a contact, on the phone, to assist me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Bill. From the beginning, he took the time to understand my needs. He made sure I was ok, and made sure my son was also alright. Bill made sure I had the best coverage, but also ensured I wasn't overcharged as money is tight.
