I have been a client of Roos & McNabb for more than 3 years now. Found using quickbooks as a way to better understand the software, I ended up hiring them to help with my accounting for my newly established small business. They were very helpful with all areas, including areas specific to the industry, transpiration. RM had specialists in all areas of finance. They were never pushy and always helpful when needed. I never had to wait for a response from their team. They were also there when my wife and I started thinking of financial planning for our future, something we still haven't moved forward with, but will once we have the funds. Roland is extremely unprofessional. The gentleman that is number one on the directory list answered the phone with an attitude. I asked them if they do tax planning or have experience with tax benefits and write offs and he said we don’t do that kind of work here and hung up on me before I could even thank him. Take it as you will, but to me that was extremely unprofessional.

Roland Roos, CPA, is not only knowledgeable but efficient, seriuos and honest. I came with unfiled back taxes due to my former CPA's recommendation. Roland re-created the previous years tax files and submitted them without a problem. It took diligence and work, but he did it. I can't say enough good about his work.

Terrible experience with this firm. The entire team is outsourced overseas, resulting in subpar work. They refused to refund my money after delivering poor service and continued to charge me even after I canceled. They were dishonest about my tax filings, raising serious concerns. Avoid at all costs.
