Laura hung up on me after her answers to my questions upset me. When dealing with a frustrating experience, it would be great if she was nicer. To me, it’s unacceptable for a customer service agent to hang up on someone, in any circumstance. I had to call back again to get the rest of my questions answered. The next lady was much more helpful.

Lauren in billing came off as rude when I was asking questions during a frustrating time. I understand it's frustrating getting some customers however be better. I asked for information not for you to say no we can't or I don't have it look it up online. Horrible customer service and I hope she improves.

Anytime your dealing with creditors and people wanting payment is going to be negative. Regardless, I made a $27.00 payment because we failed to pay bill and lost statement. So I put 3 stars.😁

When I called I got Maria break my total down into four payments of 202 then she changed it and wen I asking a question she kept talking and 4.50 to process my payment never said I was paying with a card, never gave me the option will you can pay this way or that way how do you want to pay was rude

FCS called me about a utility bill that I had never received (my account was closed and is now in someone else's name). The representative told me what their phone call was about and I was able to contact the utility company and resolved the issue right away. I deeply appreciated this help--I would never have known this bill was outstanding if not for FCS.

Horrible company to deal with. We made a arrangement and they didn’t tell me that they wouldn’t be automatically deducting. Now they are taking 800$ a month because they screwed up.

I called and paid in full a balance that was owed and I was emailed a receipt within 30 minutes. I am in the process of applying for a home so she was very polite and took my information to process payment. Hopefully it will reflect on my score soon so I can find another property.
