Employees, supervisor lilianna and manager Luis will gaslight you and allow Employees in your account after they hang up on you. Spent over a hour and to find put Luis manager didn't not have my account up or knowledge the privacy concerns I have. Bc they are professional but they are allowed to hang up on you. Poor service. Never start a business with them.

I sincerely regret banking with Tucoemas. The employees at this location are amazing - this review has nothing to do with them - but the bank has so many fundamental flaws at its core. The erratic security systems set in place prohibit me from using my debit card for many essential purchases (travel, online purchases, ATM withdrawals, nearly any purchase - even if I am even just an hour away from home). I will be changing banks as soon as possible. Take this as your warning to bank elsewhere if you’d like to avoid the head ache of not being able to access your own money. I never bother to leave reviews, but I feel as though this is a public service announcement that needs to be shared…
