I have been going to this clinic since I was 15 years old. I've had my child through this office. I use every department they have. Out of all of them, Marie in the medical department is by far my absolute favorite. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She's always the first one to hear something going on and want to help or find an answer or get something done for you. She's seriously one of my favorite parts about coming to this office. It's nice to have someone go above and beyond and greet you with a smile and truly care. I will continue to go to this clinic, especially whiles she's there.

This is a great facility, that is often mostly empty in the waiting room. There are knowledgeable professionals, they have great treatment plans, they call you in on time, and they will always call you a day ahead of your appointment, as well. I highly recommend their mental health department, which is always very empty. They just hired a new counselor, who is accepting new clients, so they also have open scheduling, which is for the current week or following week, versus other facilities, where they don't accept new clients or they have a wait list to be seen for 4 or 5 weeks.

Highly recommend this facility and it is covered by MediCal insurance.

no way am I going back I do not know the African lady M.D.'s name but I can say she's very unprofessional abrasive and judgmental. at the moment I can't go into detail entirely but let's just say for instance she stopped the nurse from changing putrified bandages (xeroform) in the middle of doing it because she was adamant I went to the ER. this is after making condescending remarks regarding my history of how Ive gotten injured before similarly. she literally demanded the extremely nice and competen nurse to use the same rotten bandages to wrap it back up since she said I must go to the er. common sense and logic we're put aside precidents was given to her feelings emotions amd ego she ought to be ashamed but I'm sure she's not and feels justified again I can put together a more detailed account of everything pending civil matters I'm warning you guys though she's very judgemental and brash and potentially a health hazard if her ego is not satisfied sent via voice to text if there is grammatical errors I look forward to a detailed account in the near future

I would love to share my experience with Dr. Mitton pediatrician, He was very professional and my 3 daughters loved their experience. immunizations are never fun and i loved the fact that He did not want to Overwhelm them with so many all at once. My Little one is excited to see him again in 1 month.

The new pediatrician, Dr. Mitton, has been wonderful. We had been having a real issue with having to go to the er for my son but because of him we've been able to avoid it entirely. We are also able to get in super quickly if I have any concerns with any of my kiddos!

This center has been absolutely outstanding to my girls! They are the upmost helpful, knowledgeable, and have outstanding customer service. The professionalism is unparalleled and paired well with such a warm welcoming and personal experience. I personally want to recommend Dr.Mitton. He is personable, reassuring, and most of all experienced! If you need an answer he has it! I don't trust many people even Dr's with my girls but I trust him.

This review is for Marie in the back! Each time I need to be seen she makes whatever’s goin on much easier. Kind words and empathy go a long way- she’s got plenty. She makes referrals, checks insurance, gets medications ordered and anything else i need. Awesome

My family goes to Fallbrook Family Health and we LOVE it! We’ve been with them going on four years now. It’s nice having most of your care able to be done in one place! I have only great things to say about the Providers here. We are seen by both primary care doctors, the womens health side, and Dr. Mitton for pediatric care for three of my kids. Everyone here is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I must include, being a Mom of five kids with a wide age range, it is incredibly nice having Dr. Mitton- he’s been available when I’ve been stuck at home and helping me figure out what to do for my younger two during a busy season of catching different viruses and not able to make a visit in the office! He’s on it and really knows what he’s doing!
We’re very thankful having this clinic and beyond pleased with the care being provided!
Oh! And stickers! My kids loooove getting their stickers after their visits- the cherry on top! If you’re shopping around for a doctor in town, you won’t be let down!
