I had a horrible experience with this company and they are very deceptive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! I’ve had some bad experiences but this one takes the cake. I spoke to Laly and they don’t correctly log your information into the computer when you sign up. I was constantly harassed through emails to sign up, and once I did sign up. Several problems occurred. I was told I never signed up despite my pay being deducted for benefits. The second problem is they don’t give you a health insurance card. You have to go get hurt first to get an
Insurance card. You have to get hurt and then go to mexico to a specific hospital in order to get an insurance card.Normal company’s have an app or they send it to you in the mail. This is not a legitimate company and they are very deceptive. So they are quick to collect your money but aren’t willing to give insurance cards and they also want you to sign up repeatedly, instead of one time. I spoke to the company (Laly) a total of 7 times. The first 6 I was promised everything was squared away and no further contact was needed. There really should only be one phone call but instructions were not clear on how to sign up. Then low and behold like the scam that they are, I was told I never signed up in the first place and I need to go login and sign up again (my paycheck was deducted money the first time I signed up). The company also tries to change the subject when discussing all of this, and tells you that you should be grateful for their insurance because they’re generous. Overall unprofessional, slimy and deceptive. No one holds them accountable for their mishaps, and it’s always a problem after problem after problem. Do not do business with them. Avoid at all costs, save yourself the headache.
