after waiting for 5 hrs and 30 mins. after I called and left a message. The farmer agent person called and left me a voicemail saying that I couldn't be insured with farmers because I have 2 claims and both of them NOT AT FAULT. and suggested to go elsewhere. took the advice and I did.
