YOne star is too much! SAVE yourself your money and go to a different accountant. In 2019 (we are now in 2024) Husband and I went to him, we have records of all documentation including Carlos being rude with me because I asked him something that I questioned. Come to find out about it a year later when Carlos filed our taxes there were W2s that he did not even include due to his inability to include it we are STILL paying the taxes and penalties on his incompetence for not paying attention to detail. Save yourself a migraine and go to someone else! Do No recommend at all you are better off getting it done by a different reliable and knowledgeable person.

Response to your answer: if you knew you had system glitches, you should’ve handled the issue with the IRS WITH us as we paid you for your service that was within your scope. Instead you were rude with me and gas lighted us with any type of assistance and WE ARE still paying the penalties because of your negligence! So you see we didn’t hesitate to reach out, you refused to take accountability for your mistake. HUGE difference and till this day it is costing us as we pay for your negligence in the profession you claim to be good at.
