I am SO sick to death of this credit union and the hassles both myself and my teenage son have gone through. They are CONSTANTLY locking my debit cards without first notifying me that there may be a potential problem! Whatever happened to you calling, texting, or emailing your customer FIRST BEFORE locking their card if you suspect fraudulent activity? Someone in your security department is immature, is trigger happy, and has way too much time and power on their hands! It was me - it was ME who was trying to use my card in the wee hours of the morning this morning when I couldn't sleep, but you decided you didn't like that so you disabled my card. Well, that's just wonderful, especially since I have to travel today! And what's with you constantly disabling login on my son's account? For what?!? He has never been able to log in to his account because you all keep locking it!! You all are a disgrace!!!!!

Very helpful each time I have called they actually stay on the phone and help navigate me thur my problems and help fix the problem right then and to me that's a plus any day. I recommend anyone to join them.
