I had a very bad experience but I decided to let bygones be bygones and scheduled an appointment to have my 2018 taxes done. I asked the girl to have Cheryl call me as I had some questions before I went in. Needless to say I waited and waited and waited no call. I did not keep my appointment. Not sure what happened but she went from complete professional to someone who seems to not hear you, and has a very nasty attitude even when the mistake they made was clear as day that they made it l, she NEVER apologized. She got defensive instead. Maybe this was a sign, I found someone with experience, is professional and isn't charging me as if I was a wealthy person. She got 4 years from me...and that was too much.
