Had a problem with Kim White. I went into the bank and inquired about the specifics of fees and the bill pay software before I opened an account. The person I spoke with said I would have to see Kim White about opening checking and savings. I asked him if She could send me what I needed to bring in, and about the bill pay system I heard had multiple problems since they made changes about a year ago. I received Docusign email for me to sign up with them from Kim White. I wanted to inquire about the benefits, and bill pay. I replied to the email that I had questions before I signed up. The next email I received from Kim White was a cancellation notice stating : "customer changed his mind". I replied, I didn't change my mind I just had questions. Kim White never responded back. I think that was either a miscommunication or they just didn't want my business. I just sold a house recently and would have deposited $130,000 into a new account just if the concerns about the bill pay system problems had been answered or resolved.
