Lynnette and Randy do the bookkeeping and K-1 for our dental building in San Leandro. I guess their bookkeeping work is okay, but they aren't very responsive in general. Lynnette told me that Randy wanted me to submit W-9 forms to him for our family trust(s), but she didn't say which trust(s) he was referring to. I called and left a message on Randy's voicemail, because he never picks up his phone. Randy doesn't respond to voicemail messages or emails, which is frustrating. So, if you want to be in suspense about when/if your tax documents will be ready, then go with Lynnette and Randy!

P.S. Lynnette says her business isn't affiliated with Randy Silverman, but they share the same phone answering machine and office. Our partnership hired Lynnette to do bookkeeping and K-1s, and Lynnette subs out the K-1s to Randy. So, her assertion that her business and Randy's business are "separate entities" may be true in a strictly legal sense, but in practice, she subs out client work to Randy. She disavows any responsibility for Randy's work, even though she's the one who subs out client work to Randy.
