I contacted Nidhi CPA in July for tax optimization advice. Before our meeting, I was required to fill out a comprehensive intake form, which I promptly completed. Communication with her is only possible through her portal’s messaging feature. Initially, she responded quickly, but informed me she was traveling and wouldn’t be available until August.

In August, I had to follow up myself, and we finally had a brief 10-minute call, where she provided basic advice that can easily be found online. For more specific advice, she requested I upload my past two years' tax returns. Despite some hesitation, I was assured by her assistant that the data would be secure, so I uploaded the information.

Since then, over a month has passed, and after multiple follow-up attempts via the portal, I still haven't received any response. Now, my account has been disabled, and I am unable to log in or contact her. I’m extremely concerned about the safety of the sensitive information I shared, especially since there’s no way to delete it from her portal.
