Scammers and liars!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could I would give this “company” 0 stars but sadly I can’t. Christine made promises after promises. She told me if my credit wasn’t enough a double deposit was always an option. After emailing and messaging me telling me my application looked great and the house was mine after they finished some technicalities I got an email a few hours later with a denied application. I called to ask what happened since I was told the house was mine. She couldn’t give me a straight answer and told me she doesn’t handle the applications even though she was the property manager for that house. She told me my credit wasn’t enough so I asked about the double deposit she told me about when I toured. She told me that was no longer an option for me. I asked why and she could not tell me. Little did she know I had a mutual friend of the home owner and when I spoke with him he let me know they told him a completely different story. Long story short, save your time and energy and stay far from this company if you can even call it that.

Been a lifelong tenant for approximately 35 years and one of the 1st things these scumbags do is sneak a sticker on my cars window threatening to tow my car w/in 24 hours if I don't spend thousands of dollars for current registration/tags. Like I have that kind of $ laying around. Meanwhile, they waste $ on new roofs and gutters while the parking lot turns into a pond every year and the laundry room is boarded up and ignored. If I had to sum it up, I'd consider this property owed and unsafely operated by cheap slumlords looking for some easy $$$. 2040 Sutterville Rd, Sacramento, CA 95822 apts are sad but true. I could go on.

Submitted an application on 11/17/2021 A whole month later nothing, I finally reached out to Janelle for her to say the owner was still reviewing applications. I think they were just trying to load up on application fees to be honest. I never got a letter stating the status of my application. This is not ok for a business. Common courtesy would have been to receive something. Now I see why their reviews are the way they are. I got approve elsewhere and it took all of 3 days. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting them and requesting my application fees back.

I highly suggest looking at the Yelp reviews. I had terrible customer service on the phone alone. Jannel, the lady I spoke with sounded so depressed on the phone an was so rude. The owner of the house across from us wanted us to move in on a short notice, this place is managing his home for him, but after the phone experience something didn't seem right so I looked at reviews and it all made sense. My husband is a peace officer and we are tired of having bad neighbors in that house we thought we could help out. But we will not give our business to people like this! Time to drain this swamp. Read Yelps reviews before making your decision with these people!

Capital property management is a very good company. They go the extra mile for you. I would recommend this company to anyone. They'll go out of there way and they have very good customer service. All the employees are very caring and will do what it takes to get you into a until of their's.

Dave loves to rip off college students and over charge for things that aren’t even your problems. They don’t communicate. I can give a solid -5 stars that’s what I would put. They need to just go for foreclosure and stop ripping people off
