This company spam calls me. Everyday, couple of times per day and they use a local area code to make it look like they are local and you would answer. Under IL law, i registered as DO NOT CALL, but since this company is in CA, I dont know if regulation applies for this case. I usually don’t review companies but I feel it’s best to say to stay away from these people. You’ll be getting the worst leads in the beginning and it’s impossible to get talk time. I had 10 states and worked 8 hours a day and got 1 hour. The worst part is that I got kicked out of the dialer the second day because one of the managers didn’t like how I was following the script. He yelled at me and was upset. Daina, the one on YouTube, texted me saying that I was kicked out until I leaned the script. ON THE SECOND DAY! And I paid $250 already! She is not the same person you see on YouTube. For good reason too, she makes a lot of money convincing you to join the team.

People who are making good money are the people who got lucky on the first week and got a good transfer, which gets them more good transfers. And most importantly the ones that do make money have a chance at getting rolling debt and get terminated for selling too much and getting a lot of chargebacks. Thats what happened to one of the guys on Dana’s YouTube channel who worked with her. Of course, they won’t tell you that though. “Top agent tells all” on one of her YouTube videos. Bro get terminated next week.

Please find another company or if you have the resources, be independent. Don’t make these managers more money. Make your own!

We are on the do not call list. I have repeatedly told you never to call again and blocked the numbers you call from, yet you just call from different numbers every time and several times a day. This is harassment! And after the first "No", it is nothing short of aggression from your company! If you do not stop terrorizing us, I WILL get legal representation against you!

honestly better off making sales out of a phone book, at least then the leads will be fresh. most of the people you cold call have no idea why you're calling or worst, they hate the fact that 30 agents already called them. makes no sense to keep calling old leads 30 plus times, demoralizing new agents. if you're new don't work here, its almost impossible to get the talk time bonus anyways. Also costs more than your competition and funeral guardian society is a gimmick at best. no point trying to sell a "luxury" product to broke old seniors that will cancel once someone from omaha calls. Better to work on your own and pay for the leads with the 250 seat fee. the policies are way too expensive, especially on their graded products, dont ever get their graded product, its not worth it!!

Spam callers using fake phone numbers. Local numbers call me 8-10 times a day with someone from some 3rd world country trying to prey on low income/fixed income people. If a company uses these tactics to operate, I wonder if it's nothing more than a scam to obtain your info and perform identity theft.

After numerous calls over the past couple of weeks. I ask to be taken off of Taylord Legacys call list. Today an agent for Taylord Legacy showed at my front door, when I stated to him I did not want a Taylord Legacy policy and had ask to be taken off of their call list. The agent yelled, But you ask for the information. I again told him no I was not interest, and to Please leave me alone. He then told me to screw myself! I said excuse me as he walked away. He turned and once again told me to screw myself! I grabbed my phone and took a picture of his car and license plate, as he sped away! His tag # Illinois 616 4092, a white Mercedes suv. I have reported him to the local police department. I will be calling the Taylord Legacy 1 800 # tomorrow to report him.
