The worst customer service. If I could give no stars, I would.
It all started when I was buying a new home. I was told they found a cheaper insurance company. I had an appointment to meet with the agent, who never called or showed up. I got so fed up with the lack of communication, I went thru another agency. I tried calling the insurance company, who said I have to cancel with the agent.
Two months later, I’m STILL being charged from auto debit on an insurance policy that should have been canceled in JULY.
It’s going on the third day of emails and I still haven’t received an answer as to why the policy has not been canceled.
