I have been with the company 24 years as of September 2024. I just celebrate it our 10th Anniversary at a Senior property, a building I took over brand new and still looks brand new. Campbell Landings in Downtown St. Petersburg Florida. NDC has been great thru out these years. It has not been easy, but I always have had the best support ever. I really like working with everyone from the maintenance to the CEO of the company. We work well together.

They hire the rudest and most ignorant property managers. I live at St Gabriel apartments in Pittston Pa and April is the most unprofessional property manager I have encountered by far. She is so unproductive and when there is an issue with the building so doesn't even answer the phone. There is so much favoritism in my building with some of the other residents she picks and choses who she likes and if she doesn't like you get the boot no matter what the case may be. I am not the only tenant in the building that feels this way. They need to rehire a manager who is fair and friendly. I will also be complaining to Catholic Social Services about her too. Update the other day on of the tenants in the building was asked to submit a 50 dollar security deposit that she has the receipt for. She moved in last July. Why are the double dipping payments here and they are asking 8 months later? Even if she forgot to pay you don't ask for something like that 8 months later.

So many negative 1 star reviews. I pay my rent on time, keep to myself, and report any issues I have - it gets fixed and I go about my day. All is well

Very rude property managers I've had one hang up on me multiple times. It's very hard to get in touch with anyone else if there's a problem. Their credit and background check takes months to complete which is ridiculous. They don't return calls or emails. How am I supposed to speak with anyone besides the property manager? I see the employees love it there maybe it's because they don't do anything all day.

So far here in Orlando they have been way better than any management company we've had in the 5+ years I've lived in this complex. After only 2.5 weeks of owning this place they've fixed NUMEROUS problems with outside lighting..and they have multiple nightly security vehicles patrolling.. Office staff is very friendly as well.. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't had to deal with any maintenance issues yet.. A big problem in the past.

This place is awful. The maintenance people if the old man Guy don’t like you he will make it he’ll for you. They allow foreign people live here and their must be about 20 of them living in an apartment so they can save and go to school. Like I said the management is awful and only respond when they want. They turn the hot water off in the laundry room so you can’t wash with it and the pods don’t melt. It’s horrible place.
