I live in a condo at Timberbrooke in Bedminster. I was having trouble with my storm door and sent Mr Tagmizyan a few pictures and explained the problem on Monday. By Wednesday, he had alerted Mr Sweeney and our maintenance company and the problem was solved by the time I came home from work. It is a pleasure knowing the ease it is to communicate with him and know items on the property will be fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Armen!!

I'm on the board at Crystal Woods and it's been a pleasure to work with Angel, Mike, Mark, Tom and the Cedarcrest team. From our monthly meetings to emails, they truly care about our HOA and getting the job done. If there are any issues, they've been more than willing to meet and discuss how we can make improvements. They are also very prompt in getting back to our HOA board and communication has always been excellent. In working with other management companies in the past, I find them to be an exception as it's extremely hard to find quality property management teams. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: As Cedarcrest was so efficient in the management of our property I felt confident to step down from my role on the board and take a break as things were running so smoothly and our homeowners were very happy. A management company is only as good as the board providing direction to them. Over the past several month I had heard many complaints from residents that their concerns were not being addressed and homeowners were not being treating equally. Sadly, homeowners do not understand that if a board does not approve their requests or address their concerns, management’s hands are tied. As such, it compelled me to run again for the board to ensure the homeowners voices are heard and all are being treated equally and fairly. Its only been two weeks that I have been back but I am again impressed with the responsiveness of Cedarcrest Property Management - Paul and Ryan are on the ball quickly providing me with a project plan of all open items and tracking progress. All questions I have been answered in the most timely fashion, getting me quickly back up to speed. I am certain our homeowners will he happy again. And with a board working together will show the community that Cedarcrest is the standard in Property Management.

PRIOR REVIEW FROM 2020
My association recently changed over to Cedarcrest Property. Within the short period of time working with Scott Singer and Allison Kuszynski we have accomplished more work and closed out work orders than we had without previous company over two years. As board president I have already had homeowners praise the attentiveness of Cedarcrest! It's a breath of fresh air and my stress level has gone down significantly seeing that they are responding to requests in a timely manner.

I had a refinance closing back in October and I needed the refinance closing statement in order to be able to close the following day. At first I was told that it would take a few days, but my closing was the next day and Diane and her team worked diligently to make sure I was provided with the closing statement within a few minutes of my follow up.
