I had to resort to leaving my honest opinion from the experience I had with two specific employees, but I realize that they do not represent the entire company as a whole. And Matt (president of felner corp) has been very responsive and quick to answer any of my concerns and is currently working with me to resolve my current issue. I understand that this company took over from a previous company who did not manage their data very well and Matt as well as Felner Corp is doing the best they can with the mess that was left behind from previous company. All it took was speaking to the right person and now I can say that I am more at ease than previously expressed.

Thank you Matt for the follow-up today concerning last week's checklist. I appreciate it more than you know. It confuses me and blows my mind that anyone could leave anything other than a fantastic review for Felner Corporation. They are always responsive, they are always kind, and courteous, and the most competent group of professionals I have ever worked with. And believe me that is saying a lot since my property has gone through at least 5 management companies with no good takeaways from any of them, they were completely clueless from the top tier to the bottom office tier, they would NEVER answer their phones, and getting a phone call back would be a miracle in itself.

I have been on my Board of Directors now for 16 years, the last 11 years as board President, having hired Felner 6 years ago Matt and his team have helped me and the property get to a place I never dreamed possible.

Here is my takeaway for some who do not know:
If anyone has issues please always consider that it is not always the management company, your Board of Directors always has the first hand of control, not the managing company, they are the hired hand and do as instructed as I see many people throw shade at the management company. Matt and his team do not dictate to our property and have always been there to assist us whenever needed, they do a fantastic job in getting things done whenever asked and things are always done rightfully and by the books the way things should be handled!! If someone is looking for a highly ethical company Felner is top-notch, if they weren't they would have already been added to my goodbye list like the others.

Felner provides great service in an industry that could use a lot more. They respond promptly and professionally to our questions and requests. Felner Property management takes care of Chesterfield in Stamford, in December of 2022 a subcontractor working on the Siding/roof used my mother inlaws deck to install scaffolding. While doing so damaged the screen slider, I contacted the on sight Property manager and his response was they will take care of it 3 phone calls later the replaced the screen re-installed the door but didn't check to see if it worked properly. So again I call Mario the on sight Property manager, kindly tell him the wheel on the bottom of the door is now broken and the frame is bent. He said my mother in law should go on the portal and put a request in with the board, I tried explaining that #1 the board didn't break the door the contractor did #2 my mother in-law is 80 yrs old and doesn't have a cell phone. Try to put a little effort into your job
