Went to make a deposit, the teller asked if I had my car financed anywhere and I told her yes and gave her all the information. She asked when would be a good time for the loan officer to call my husband - I gave her his information and a good time to call. It’s been two weeks and still no call. No need to have employees trying to get loans on the books if the loan officer doesn’t reach out to members. Not sure if they didn’t call because I was previously employed there, but a call or something saying that was the reason would’ve been nice.

Over the years, I have taken out a few loans to finance cars. The loan process has always been super easy. The loan officer is always quick to respond to any questions that I might have. I have had nothing but good experiences with this branch.
