Please advise customers that this is not a full functioning branch, it does NOT have tellers, you can only do ATM transactions. Waste of time.

UCU has been my first bank in the US and I'm very impressed with the customer service I received. A huge shout out to Mr. Enrique (manager at the UCSD branch) for assisting me through every single thing, right from setting up the mobile app, debit card, helping clearing extended cheque holds, setting up Zelle, Google Pay. I have never seen better customer service in any other bank ever and I truly appreciate Mr. Enrique for his time and commitment to serve the customers in the best possible way. Highly recommend using UCU!
