I was assisted by the lovely Kim who made my experience here easy, very smooth and outstanding! Customer service and professionalism was GREAT! Kim was very attentive making sure she answered all of my questions and concerns I had. She made sure that I left 100% satisfied and that I did! Honestly I think it’s about time I give my review and honest opinion about Diego’s De lama State Farm office, I think it’s well over due…. There has not been a moment where Diego couldn’t help me out , I would and get a quote on one car to another, and he would do his best to get me the best and cheapest rates as possible, he worked with me and had so much patience with me. Honestly he is such a great person for that. And he would always help me out no matter what….. I went from one car to another and not once did he give me any type of attitude for jumping back and forth with cars like most insurance places would…..honestly I used to hate dealing with calling insurance companies to get quotes on my cars but when I call Diego it’s like I am calling a friend of mine to help me out ! I would totally 100 percent with out a doubt would recommend you come and see Diego he can probably mostly get you a really good deal on some car insurance, but honestly come check him out he will help you out and give you some options for you to see what works in your budget like he did for me !! Also he will brake it down for you real easy for you can understand everything your getting your self into, and what for what exactly your paying for not like most insurance companies who hit with out of the blue rates. I would totally recommend. When you do show tell them (Fernando Gonzalez ) sent you he will give you a free pen 🖊️ 😁
