We have had terrible communication and minimal effort on our taxes for several corporations and several personal returns. we have been really disappointed by these people. their lack of communication has led to extra taxes and fees. it takes about 8 calls to get a single call back from anyone. we regret taking a chance on them. you may contact me for details if you wish.
