Mike was very responsive and professional!! He came out to look at the house and provided a written quote with options that we can choose from. The job at our house was tricky due to the small attic so it took the Gladstone’s crew a little longer than expected but they were so courteous and even gave us a small discount at the end for going over the expected time. Mike and his team were excellent! The estimate process was quick and easy. All the information I needed was provided with the estimate and the pricing was great. Mike was even able to fit us in for the install earlier than expected because another job finished up early. The actual install went very quickly with no issues. Mike and his team at Gladstone Heating & Air did a great job installing a complete heating and cooling system in our house a few weeks ago. Gladstone Heating and Air recently installed a new air conditioning system for our home and they were a pleasure to work with from the start of the project to the finish.

We had Mike replace our heating system 6 years ago. It worked great with no problems. Recently, we decided to add AC. We contacted Mike and received a very competitive quote. Look no further! We wanted to put in central A/C and replace our ancient furnace. We received many quotes and met with quite a few other contractors, but no one came close to Mike's price or professional knowledge. Save yourself the time and money and just meet with Mike Gladstone. The install was fast, done on time, and very professional. Communication is key with any home construction job, and he was on point. As a woman, I appreciated being provided the same respectful responses and involvement that he provided my husband. I can't say that for some of the other companies we spoke with. We have had our system now for about a month, and are still extremely satisfied.
