I cannot understand why Mr. McCay has negative reviews. He has been our CPA for many years and has always been extremely professional and helpful. He is knowledgeable, and is ALWAYS up to date on rules, regulations, and tax law changes. Overall, he makes the stress of taxes a pleasant experience. We would recommend Mr. McCay for tax services. He has been doing our taxes for many years. We have used other tax preparers in the past, but we appreciate his direct, no nonsense approach. He is professional, very knowledgeable in his field and has a staff that is courteous and helpful.

This guy got mad at me because he messed up. He did not do his job correctly forgot to inform me of something and it cost me money. Which is okay but I’m still not sure what I payed him for? He lied. I did all the work. And the school girl fit he pitched was enough for me to walk out the door. When all I wanted was an explanation why and explanation why he didn’t bring said problem to my attention when I paid him and my taxes. If you’re independent DO NOT take this man your taxes. He does not care, you will get bare minimum and told to leave if you’re not happy

The rudest man I've ever had to work with... Cussed me out for asking a simple question. Was too busy to help his own client. Have never felt so offended from someone I'm paying good money to. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone that wants good, professional, and respectable service.

This man is the most rude person you'll talk to...he has screwed mine and my families taxes up to where we owe back because the taxes was inputed wrong or not at all.... when he was addressed about the issues (almost $1,000 that needed to be paid back), my family was told to find somsome else to do their taxes this year... dont worry, we have!!!!
